Enjoy high-quality meat and fresh vegetables dipped in our special broth flavored with bonito and kelp.To finish off the meal, we've prepared Goto udon, which is considered one of Japan's three greatest udon noodles.Enjoy Nagasaki's famous chewy noodles coated in shabu-shabu broth to the very last bite!
